Wizards Make Summer League Debut Tonight

At 8 ET tonight, the Wizards play the Golden State Warriors in Las Vegas. The game is on NBA TV and NBA League Pass Broadband.

Why would you want to watch a summer league game? Because this is John Wall’s first chance to show off his skills at the next level. Plus, you get to see Trevor Booker, JaVale McGee, and other youngsters who could make up the future of Washington’s nucleus.

I’ll give my thoughts on the game tomorrow, so stay tuned.

Oh, and yesterday I watched a workout video of Kevin Seraphin, who is recovering from a knee injury and won’t be playing in the Summer League. I have to say, I’m a little wary of what I saw. He looks so unbelievably raw and it’s hard to imagine he could have much of an impact in the NBA this season. His jumpshot needs lots of work. Here’s the video, courtesy of www.truthaboutit.net:
