Wizards Fall to Pistons, 98-92

John Wall had his first real stinker of the preseason–13 points on 5-12 shooting and 6 turnovers, not to mention Rodney Stuckey scored 34 points on him.

Still, the preseason is finally over! No more missed games due to lack of television coverage for preseason action.

Real basketball starts on Tuesday with a triple-header of games, and the Wizards season begins next Thursday in Orlando against the Magic (on TNT, as a matter of fact). Can’t wait.

By the way, for those who care, here is the boxscore from tonight’s game.

Solid showings from Kirk Hinrich and Trevor Booker. I’ll be sure to break down roster cuts when they are announced.
