Where do the Wizards Stack Up in All-Star Voting?

It’s been a tough season for the Wizards, and not surprisingly, they won’t be sending any players to the all-star game in February. Still, it’s interesting to see where some of the Wizards stack up against the rest of the Eastern Conference’s best. Take a look (voting statistics from Associated Press):

John Wall: 5th place amongst guards, 169,219 votes (current leaders are Dwyane Wade, Rajon Rondo)

Javale McGee: 9th place amongst centers, 59,508 votes (current leader is Dwight Howard)

And that’s it. No Nick Young or Rashard Lewis on the ballot. On an unrelated note, Gilbert Arenas actually sits one spot behind John Wall, with 144, 889 votes. It appears Wall may have already surpassed Arenas in popularity.
