Los Angeles Lakers: Antawn Jamison, 6’9″, PF

Basic Stats: 9.4 PPG, 4.8 RPG, .7 APG, .4 BPG

At 37 years old, Antawn Jamison doesn’t have much to offer besides veterans leadership and outside shooting. Luckily, that’s basically just what the Wizards need.

Both parties have reportedly expressed interest in reuniting, but as of right now, Jamison still remains a free agent. The former all-star won’t get anything more than the veterans minimum this offseason, but it remains to be seen if he wants to finish out his career on a non-contending team.

Jamison shot over 36% from three last season in Los Angeles, and still has the tools to remain a productive offensive player. Even though his defense is suspect, the Wizards will likely still be atop the defensive rankings and his defense, or lack thereof, shouldn’t hurt Washington, especially since he’d play a minor role with the team.

With John Wall at the helm, Jamison won’t have to worry about creating his own shot and his ability to spread the floor could make him a perfect fit with the Wizards.
