The NBA Draft is over. Like always, there were some surprises and head scratching moves — one of them involving the Washington Wizards.
Although the Wizards didn’t have a lottery pick, they managed to snag a lottery projected talent by packaging their 19th pick along with multiple future second round picks in exchange for Kelly Oubre.
