The Referees Can’t Listen to Isaiah Thomas

IT should be called BT, Baby Teeth, because he whined about the officiating after Boston’s Game 4 loss, that he didn’t see the free throw line. According to BT, he normally sees it 5-6 times.

More from Wiz of Awes

The referees took notice, and not only did BT see the line, they made sure the Wizards’ hardly saw it. So those who want to argue that the Wizards started off slow, it’s because Boston wasn’t controlling the tempo of the game, the referees did.

Don’t tell me the referees didn’t see Smart jumping on Keef’s back. Even the Celtics fans agreed that was an egregious foul that wasn’t missed but wasn’t called.

I have never believed the referees can control the outcome of the game, but they definitely set the tone last night, letting the Celtics know that they had their back.

Fine me, because it would just be practice.

Even if a Wizard just looked into the direction of a Celtic that was a foul. Therefore, Washington was strictly confined in how they could play.
