What Must be Done in Game 6 and Most Importantly Game 7

John Wall you are the best point guard in the league. This is your time. Go into turbo ball, speed racer, whatever.

You’re the best player on the floor, start acting like it.

You said you weren’t getting the national recognition you deserve, which is true. But you’re getting it now. Now is the time to let the whole world know your name and your game.

Gortat lay the hammer down, don’t let Boston nail you to the floor, and leave you flat-footed like they did on Wednesday.

Otto Porter, you were once the best three-point shooter in the league, just start jacking up shots.

Even if you don’t make it, start doing like BT does, and jump into your defenders as you’re about to shoot.

Keef, where was the toughness? The Wizards follow your lead when it comes to being physical. A lot of the Celtics picked up early fouls, and Washington didn’t even capitalize on that.

Bradley Beal – get it together. Do you really want to start making vacation plans now? You’re so much better than Avery, so don’t let ever let him do that to you. What would Mama Beal say?

Bojan Bogdanovic start lighting those Celtics up from behind the three-point line.

I saw a lot of fight in Oubre. If the rest of the team just had a quarter of his passion on Wednesday.

Washington played like they were still the 2-8 Wizards. That team no longer exists.

I can’t implore enough the importance of Game 6, and the necessity of Game 7.

At the end of the game, TNT panned to me as I stood by the tunnel, tapping every player as they exited, telling them, “we just have to win 2 more games. That’s it.”

Leave everything on the floor. I don’t care if your arm is falling off – just 2 games separate from you from the Eastern Conference Finals.
