Wizards tried to charge back

Mike Scott had 9 points in his first 8 minutes of play, and finished with 14 points.

While Jason Smith got some quality minutes. During the second quarter, Ramon Sessions would have an inside assist to Smith who didn’t dunk, but nearly ripped off the basket.

No matter how much time Smith spends on the bench, he is always ready to play. He had 6 points and 4 rebounds.

Maybe Bradley Beal is starting to feel the long season, and having to do more while Wall is out. But he’s been up-and-down these last few games.

He had an excellent night against Charlotte on Saturday, making 6 three-pointers. But today, he couldn’t find his rhythm from deep.

Beal was 0-for-6 from three-point range, and finished with 15 points.
