Sorry. It’s just not happening. But Williamson will be a fun addition to the New Orleans Pelicans‘ new young core.
21) Ja Morant
Nobody benefitted more from their March Madness exposure than Ja Morant. The Memphis Grizzlies found the man to take the torch from Mike Conley.
20) RJ Barrett
The New York Knicks tanked all season for a shot at drafting the star from Duke. While they’re getting a stud in RJ Barrett, he’s not the Blue Devil they want. Poor Knicks fans.
19) Darius Garland
Garland reportedly already has been assured from another team that he’ll be gone before the Wizards pick at nine. Either the Phoenix Suns or Chicago Bulls are likely targeting Garland as they both need a point guard.
18) Jarrett Culver
It’s unclear who is going to take Culver, but it’d be a shock if he dropped out of the top five. Culver’s a do-it-all wing, and too many teams near the top need a wing of Culver’s caliber. Don’t hold your breath, Wizards fans.
