Rasual Butler: 12.3 PPG (56.0 FG%), 1.0 RPG
Rasual Butler is the chosen one.
Scoring 23 points against the Cavaliers on Wednesday night, the 35-year old Butler has been serving threes off the bench, giving the Washington Wizards a big lift in the scoring department. The Wizards have become accustomed to settling for deep two point shot, but that doesn’t appear to be concern for Butler, who’s knocking down over 55% of his three point shots.
If Butler keeps playing this well, Garrett Temple is going to have a hard time cracking the rotation again this season.

Otto Porter: 4.0 PPG (37.5 FG%), 2.0 RPG
Otto Porter missed the Milwaukee game with a minor hamstring injury, and the Washington Wizards’ X-factor off the bench couldn’t get a whole lot going against Atlanta and Cleveland. Porter missed a couple open jumpers that he usually knocks down, and he went just 1-4 from the field against the Cavaliers.
Even when Otto isn’t hitting, however, he’s been a huge plus on the defensive end – opponents are shooting a dystopic 36.4% from the field against Otto inside 10 feet.
