The former 2011 Slam Dunk Champion is the most explosive player on this list.

Lob City! People put holes in their pockets to see the Clippers play because fans expect high-flying, above the rim basketball.

Blake Griffin has averaged over 20 PPG in all but one of his seven seasons. He’s developed a consistent enough mid-range jump shot, expanded his shooting range and shown the ability to create for other teammates. Why is he at No. 8?

Based on Blake’s numbers, he peaked three years ago. In 2013-2014, Griffin was one of the most feared power forwards and it showed through his third-place finish in MVP voting.

The past two seasons, Griffin has ended the season injured and Clippers, at times, have looked better without him. He and Clipper point guard Chris Paul could opt-out of their contract and break up this wildly-talented, but unsuccessful team.

Sometimes it’s for the better. Maybe Blake doesn’t need to be a sidekick. Though there are questions with his health, Griffin remains a high-quality player who can improve a franchise.
