Washington Wizards guard John Wall is putting in work on and off the court, and documenting his efforts. Episode 2 of his series on ballislife.com dropped on Friday. So what has Wall been up to?

Fans who want more and more content of Wizards players offseasons won’t be disappointed with John Wall. He’s been busy documenting his efforts and releasing them every few days on YouTube.

The first episode showed Wall completing two workouts after signing his contract extension and training with former boxing champion Glen Johnson. Two days later, episode two was released, and featured Houston Rockets star James Harden.

Here are two key parts from Episode 2:

John Wall the Mentor

Much of the first half of the episode focused on Wall and teammate Sheldon Mac training at the practice facility of the University of Miami. Mac, who was a rookie last season, played four seasons at Miami and is from the area.

Last season he took up a keen relationship with Wall, as the latter worked his way back from knee surgery. Mac famously beat Wall in a game of 1-on-1 that circulated across the internet, and it was a talking point of the episode. Wall claims he was just letting the rookie “shine.” Mac wasn’t so sure that was the case, but was still grateful for all that Wall has done.

He’s a great mentor for me. Someone I wanna get, wanna learn from and learn the game from. Learn about different pace and how to play the game and just how to read certain offenses and certain defenses and what they do… He’s great to have as a mentor and as a person to follow.

Oh and in case you’re not aware, he went Undrafted #AlwaysReady.

John Wall and James Harden dominate a Miami Pro-Am League Game

Be honest. This is what everyone wanted to see. Watching elite athletes do 1 on 1 drills is only so exciting. Watching elite athletes dominate other elite athletes who themselves would dominate the average person is a must watch.

Wall’s moves included a behind the back pass to Harden for a dunk, splitting two defenders for a layup, and a variety of absurd one-handed dribble moves. He capped it off with a left-handed spin dribble between his defenders legs, into a step back shot in the corner. It was so nice even the guy guarding him had to laugh and show props.
