My Pick for the 2017-2018 MVP Award

It seems likely—with all of the other candidates either having too strong of a team, not winning or playing enough games, or just not putting up the numbers necessary to win the award—that John Wall has a very good shot at MVP.

Since being drafted, he has only progressed as a player and as a leader. If Wall is able to develop a consistent jump shot, while putting up the eye-popping numbers he’s been posting since his rookie campaign, the MVP Award will be his for the taking.

Regardless of my predictions, one thing is for certain – that this season will be one to remember, with Wall taking us all along for the ride.
