Fourth Quarter Execution

The game was knotted at 80 going into the fourth quarter. However, the Wizards didn’t tie up in knots.

Fourth-quarter execution was something that used to hurt the Wizards in the past. But their mental toughness tonight carried the day, and showed the league, it doesn’t matter where they stand now, it’s where they finish.

The Wizards aren’t letting the 8-seed label define who they are. They are making their own defining moments.

The Wizards backcourt combined for 56 points in Game 3, tonight they combined for 58.

When Beal fouled out there was almost 5 minutes left in the game.

However, the Wizards didn’t crumble. Instead the look from John Wall’s eyes was that they’re going to crush the Raptors now.

Instead of a back and forth with the refs, Wall channeled his unbridled energy for a back and forth with his teammates dishing out assists.

The Wizards from top to bottom looked like the number-one seed tonight. They’re not trying to take that title away from Toronto. They’re just trying to take the series.

Washington heads up North to Toronto for Game 5 on Wednesday.
