1. Bradley Beal vs. Evan Fournier

Without a doubt, this will be the best battle to watch Friday night. We all know that Bradley Beal has been playing fantastic in the first 10 games of the season averaging 22.6 points per game. He’s really taken his game to the next level, but unfortunately it hasn’t resulted in wins for the Wizards.

Evan Fournier has flown under the radar his entire career. He’s been more than a serviceable guard for the Magic. He’s averaged over 17 points the past two seasons and is currently averaging 16.6 points this year.

He’s not someone people would expect to score that much. Most might assume that it’s due to the fact that he’s on a poor team and gets all the looks, but if you actually watch his game Fournier is really crafty. He’s aware of his spots and executes them very well.

At times he reminds me of Manu Ginobili. I know it’s blasphemous to have those two names in the same sentence, but watch Fournier for a couple games and you will see where I’m coming from.

These two should be trading buckets all night. Clearly Beal is better defensively and has the ability to shut down Fournier when he wants, but no one has played defense for the Wizards thus far this season so we can’t assume anything.

The Wizards sharp-shooter will get the better of Fournier by dropping 25+ points. Beal will lead Washington to their third victory of the season.
