5. Jeff Green

Jeff Green could make for some interesting trade packages. The 11-year vet brings a ton of experience to the table.

Contenders will likely line up to try and snag this type of presence to have on their bench. Green has always been extremely athletically gifted and talented. He’s going to be productive no matter where he lands.

The versatile forward has been a bright spot for the Wizards. He’s provided great bench play and been very effective with his time on the floor. Green has mostly played the 4 position, which has given him mismatches to capitalize on regularly.

Not only can he stretch the floor, but has a quick move to the basket. Not to mention, he can create his own shot when needed. Honestly, he’s played so well for the team they should start him at this point. It’s obvious that he works better with the starting unit and has displayed better performances than Otto Porter Jr. and Markieff Morris.

I wouldn’t be shocked if LeBron James told the Los Angeles Lakers that they need to go sign Green. He worked great alongside him during his time with the Cavs.

If Washington does decide to have a fire sale, including Green would be a must. Contenders would give a good price for a valuable asset that would help them down the stretch.
