1. It started at the top, now we’re here

Now as to management. Does Mr. Leonsis believe that it is time for Ernie Grunfeld to move on? If not, then at the very least Leonsis has to bring someone else in to split duties with Grunfeld for the remainder of this season.

Finally, it goes without saying that every player has to step up.

At the end of the season, wholesale changes can be made. But it’s never a good idea to make drastic changes fueled by emotion or outside noise.

Now Thanksgiving is a time to remember what we’re thankful for and in some ways just a time for reflection. Before everyone sits down with their families or however your time is spent, ask yourself: Would you really want to be on another team?
