December 18 vs Chicago Bulls

Get ready for a reunion like no other when the Washington Wizards host the Chicago Bulls on December 18. Not only will it be the return of former Washington Wizards point guard Tomas Satoransky, but it will also be the first time Otto Porter has played in Washington since joining the Chicago Bulls at the trade deadline last season.

The Wizards and Bulls played thrice after the trade that briefly brought Jabari Parker and Bobby Portis to DC. However, Porter was unable to play in the final two games between the two teams, including the April 3 game in Washington. During his showdown vs the Wizards in Chicago on February 9, Porter scored 17 points against his former team just days after the trade was finalized.

Lucky for all of us, Satoransky and Porter will both take the floor together when the Bulls come to town in mid-December. For both, it will be their first time playing against the team that drafted them. Are we in store for a revenge game? I’m sure Porter and Satoransky would love to show the front office what huge mistakes they made, but we’ll see.

If it doesn’t happen in December, the pair of former Wizards will have another shot when the Bulls come to Capital One Arena on February 11.
