The Washington Wizards will take on the New York Knicks in their last game before the all-star break. Here’s some FanDuel NBA DFS targets for the game.

The Washington Wizards are coming off a nice win against the Chicago Bulls, and they get another nice matchup with the 17-37 New York Knicks tonight at Madison Square Garden. There won’t be a lot of defense as the two teams are projected to combine for 227 points on the night, which is a bit lower than normal for this Wiz team but still sets a nice pace.

As such, there should be plenty of NBA DFS plays to target for both tournaments as well as double-up pools. Below are odds for the game, with spread, total, and the money line.

It’s an 11-game mega slate tonight with the all-star break upon us, so there’s a lot of value everywhere and it’s tough to call exactly what’s the right pick. You’ll have to go game by game and take a look at your targets, so this should help you with the Wizards vs. Knicks portion of the slate.

Tournament Plays

Mitchell Robinson – Center

Projected Highest Value: 8x

FanDuel Price: $5,700

Mitchell Robinson is a really enticing option here coming off a game where he posted over 46 fantasy points on FanDuel. He has a decent chance to duplicate that effort against Ian Mahinmi and Moritz Wagner tonight, but beware that Mahinmi had some nice defensive effort last night.

Mitch Rob is a dicey play on this slate, but his ownership probably won’t be all that high and his potential to put up points may be worth it at his price point if you find yourself with money to blow.

Rui Hachimura – Power Forward

Projected Highest Value: 8x

FanDuel Price: $5,000

Rui was the focal point of the offense for the Wizards last night when he was on the floor, but a lot of that had to do with the weak interior defense of the Chicago Bulls. Tonight offers a much more formidable defense with Mitchell Robinson, Bobby Portis, and Taj Gibson. Play him at your own risk, but if you’re a gambler he might be worth that risk.

Troy Brown Jr. – Small Forward

Projected Highest Value: 7x

FanDuel Price: $4,400

Another guy who is certainly “play at your own risk.” Troy Brown has been playing like garbage recently, but the reason I’m including him on this list is that the Washington Wizards have every single motive to play him big minutes and give him lots of touches as they look towards next year, and he’s been putting up decent FanDuel points despite his shot not dropping.

It will start to fall for him eventually and I’m worried I’m going to miss out on it by not rostering him tonight. But c’est la vie.

Bobby Portis – Center

Projected Highest Value: 7x

FanDuel Price: $3,700

Finally, my personal favorite tourney play on this 11-game slate is Bobby Portis. I’ll admit, I’m a little bit more inclined just knowing a lot about ol’ Crazy Eyes and the fact that he loves to go big against teams that have let him go.

Still, he’s putting up a TON of shots in just 18 minutes per game the last two games. Bobby P is not shy. All it takes is Mitchell Robinson getting in a little bit of foul trouble and Bobby P feels chalky.

50/50 Plays

Bradley Beal – Shooting Guard

Projected Value: 5x

FanDuel Price: $9,600

There’s not a whole lot to like here in this game in terms of guaranteed value, but Bradley Beal may be the opportune shooting guard to pair with Khris Middleton, who you surely will be playing tonight with the Bucks rolling without Giannis Antetokounmpo, right?

He’s the most expensive shooting guard on the docket, and for good reason, but he’ll for sure get you 45-50 fantasy points if that’s what you need.

Moritz Wagner – Center

Projected value: 6x

FanDuel Price: $4,000

The secret’s out on Moritz Wagner, as my colleague wrote about earlier today. He’s a great option to play on this 11-game slate, but I feel there are some other options out there that feel more chalky, like Brook Lopez ($5,600) or Marquese Chriss ($5,800).

I went in and added Moe Wagner because he is still a really decent option here and is a bit less expensive than his counterparts, so if you find yourself pinching dimes consider him.
