4. Thomas Bryant

Grade: C+

When Thomas Bryant is on the floor, his talent levels are off the charts. However, a wise person once said “the best ability is availability,” and quite honestly, Thomas Bryant hasn’t been all that available.

In the 53 games played before the All-Star break, Bryant played in just 24 contests, where he has averaged nearly 13 points and 7.5 rebounds.

As the clear starting big man down low, the Wizards desperately need Thomas Bryant back and healthy. This season, especially in games without Thomas Bryant on the floor, the Wiz has been one of the worst rebounding teams in the league, which is a huge disadvantage in the grand scheme of things.

It hurts to grade TB this low, as his passion and energy are so vital for this Wizards team. However, the Wizards have really missed that Thomas Bryant fire for a good chunk of the season, which is what really has tanked his grade for the first half of the year.
