Deni Avdija’s Top 3 Games: 131-116 win against the Orlando Magic

Deni Avdija’s best performance of the season took place less than three weeks ago. In the 131-116 win against the Orlando Magic, Avdija finished with 16 points (6-10 FG and 4-7 3PT), five rebounds, and two assists in 30 minutes of play. It was his second highest-scoring game of the season and the Wizards secured the victory this time.

When Avdija is playing with confidence, he can make game-changing plays and hit big-time shots. During his rookie season, he often struggled picking his spots and finding a flow offensively. However, that got better as the season progressed, and in this recent matchup against the Magic, he put his best on display. His last bucket of the night was straight bully ball and he lets his opponent know when he flexes after the strong finish.

Avdija will only continue to make strides as his mind and body both mature with each game. He’s still just 20 years old and with more experience, I know we’ll start to see performances like the one down below a lot more often. Get healthy soon, Deni! We Can’t wait to see what’s in store for year two!
