Amidst Beal’s injury and the uncertainty surrounding the trade deadline, Washington is in a tailspin. They’re just 2-13 against the spread (ATS) in their last 15 and take on a Miami team that finally has Jimmy Butler, Bam Adebayo and Kyle Lowry all playing together again.
The Heat are a rough matchup for the Wizards. Washington’s offense has cratered without Beal and they rank 3rd-worst in the NBA in offensive rating in their last 10 games. That’s bad news against the 3rd-best defense in the league in that same time span.
