If Kyle Kuzma wants out, the Washington Wizards need to make a move to get value back.

Kyle Kuzma has already been fairly clear that he will most likely not be returning to the Washington Wizards next season. They need to capitalize on his breakout season and move him at the deadline in order to get value back for the All-Star candidate.

Kuzma has been fantastic for the Wizards, but he wants the spotlight on a large market team. That’s not an uncommon goal for NBA players, it just stings to have a player as talented as Kuzma want to leave a smaller market team.

There have been plenty of rumors surrounding him during his time in DC, especially recently, but the Wizards have not seemed too interested in trading him until last month when there were reports that he wants out, leaving questions of what their future could look like without him.

There have been reports that he may be traded for players like John Collins or even for Jae Crowder. It seems most likely that they may just trade him for a small forward to replace his starting job in their newly found big man lineup for the season and see where they land at the end of the season.

No matter who they would like to trade for, the Washington wizards need to find an end to the Kyle Kuzma saga. This will help them going forward by clearing out any outside distractions for the team.
