Cason Wallace is a well-rounded prospect for the Washington Wizards to consider

Cason Wallace is definitely the guy the Wizards would pick as a last resort of the three players named on this list, but he is a well-developed player at every aspect of the game. He has no true weaknesses, but that could lead to him having no true strengths at the next level.

The former Kentucky Wildcat has a small but sturdy frame that allows him to weave through defenses. His strength also allows him to be an elite defender at the collegiate level with optimism that it can translate to the NBA.

In terms of shooting, he is a rhythm shooter that prefers to square up before taking a shot, more often than not off the catch. This makes him a great player next to Bradley Beal if head coach Wes Unseld Jr decides to allow him to continue handling the ball as much as he has been in recent years.

Wallace is also a quality playmaker who finds his teammates for good looks. While he isn’t quite on the level of fellow potential Wizards Anthony Black in that regard, he can definitely hold his own.

The Washington Wizards would greatly improve with the addition of any of these players through their eighth overall pick. If any of them are still available when the Wizards are on the clock, they will be sure to take up that draft selection.
