No. 6: Golden State Warriors
With how pressed the Golden State Warriors are for cap space, adding a guy like Bradley Beal may not make a ton of sense. However, if they wanted to go all-in on another title, why not make a splash?
Well, the main reason as to why not could be the fact that they would have to give up five players in the deal just to match the salary of Bradley Beal. The alternative would be giving up Jordan Poole and Draymond Green, but with how important Green has been, trading him for Beal seems unlikely.
This would be a massive haul for Golden State to give up for Beal, but the lineup they could create would rival the best in the league, as they would be adding yet another elite offensive weapon to their group.
For the Washington Wizards, they probably wouldn’t be able to smuggle any first-rounders out of Golden State, but this would be a nice haul for Beal.
Jordan Poole has earned a bad rep due to his poor performance in the postseason this past year, but he still has a ton of potential to be an All-Star-caliber player in this league.
Both Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody look like blossoming young stars, too, and they could thrive if given more freedom to play their game. They just need more minutes, and the Wizards could give them that.
