Dejan Vasiljevic definitely played above expectations for the Washington Wizards

Entering this year’s Summer League, Dejan Vasiljevic had little to no expectations. He was a bench player and likely would be playing for a spot on the Capital City Go-Go at best. While he may not have earned an NBA roster spot, he definitely has a chance to play in the G-League.

He showed that not only is he unafraid to shoot the ball, but he can also make some tough shots over defenders. In the game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, he went five for six from the field with all of his attempts coming from beyond the arc.

While he wasn’t a huge positive really anywhere else on the court, he wasn’t really a negative anywhere on offense.

Definitely a name to keep an eye on for the next few seasons. Although, due to his age (26 years old) he may not have a huge window of opportunity past next season.
