AJ Dybantsa's debut in Summer League is everything the Washington Wizards could have wanted and more.

The top pick made a statement with his performance, not only leading Washington to a win, but also impressing on both sides of the floor with his two-way potential.

Not to mention, the Wizards' star outshined No. 2 overall pick Darryn Peterson, officially putting the draft debate to rest for now.

Obviously, Dybantsa's scoring upside throughout his 27-point performance will be the most talked about part of his debut, but there's a lot more to like than just his ability to get a bucket.

AJ Dybantsa is a well-rounded talent that does everything

Dybantsa answered a lot of questions in one game about the type of player he's going to be from day one.

It became clear early on that Washington wanted to make it a focus to put the ball in Dybantsa's hands early on, and head coach Brian Keefe even said during his in-game interview with the broadcast team, that the goal was to have Dybantsa be very involved similar to how he'll be when the regular season starts.

To say the versatile forward delivered woud be an understatament.

Dybantsa brought the ball up on offense, ran the fastbreak to perfection on several occasions, and flashed his underrated passing throughout the entire game.

It felt like the 19-year-old was always making the right decision, and although he didn't fill the stat sheet with a handful of assists, Dybantsa made it feel like he was always one step ahead of the defense.

Obviously, the game will be much different when the rookie goes head-to-head against top NBA players, especially given the fact that he's expected to look like the best player on the court right now.

At the same time, with how fluid his game already looks, there's so much for the Wizards to be confident about in terms of not only Dybantsa's potential, but the opportunity that the playmaker can be an immediate impact player from day one.

Dybantsa is going to get his fair share of buckets, and there's no doubt that he can be a 20-point-per-game scorer as soon as he steps into the league, especially if the Wizards put the ball in his hands as his early touches in Summer League suggest.

However, if he's able to lead the break, have the offense run through him at times, and offer immediate facilitating upside, he's going to open up the entire game for his teammates and make life easier on everyone, especially Trae Young and Anthony Davis.
