John Wall took no time to find a new career path after his time in the NBA came to an end.

The former No. 1overall pick announced his retirement from the game he loved on Tuesday after struggling to find his way on a roster over the last few seasons.

However, Wall made it clear that he intends to stick around the game and he proved that Wednesday by being announced as an NBA Analyst for Amazon Prime.

Wall has seemingly flirted with the idea of becoming an NBA Analyst after his career came to an end and he quickly made the jump after officially puttijng his playing days behind him.

With Amazon Prime set to debut NBA on Prime this coming season, making the move to sign a former NBA All-Star point guard to their Analyst team comes as a no-brainer.

The former Washington Wizard has proven to be one of the smartest players in the league during his time in the league and with his next-level understanding of the game, he'll bring plenty of quality insight to his new role and make the viewing experience for fans even more interesting than it was before.

However, with his career as an analyst set to take off, it's safe to say that Wall pondering the idea of getting into coaching may be put on the backburner for now.

The idea of Wall joining the Wizards as a potential Player Enhancement Coach or another role on Brian Keefe's staff was floated around following his retirement.

Once again. considering his IQ of the game and impressive career as a player, the thought of Wall being able to mentor the young prospects on his former team made the idea of him entering coaching as an intriguing fit.

Nonetheless, a coach likely demands more time away from his family than an NBA Analyst role requires, which makes the idea of him tackling this career-path first understandable.

Wall will likely find himself as a top analyst for Prime and considering this new journey in his basketball career, it wouldn't be a shock to see this be the start of multiple business ventures in sports media.

At 34, Wall has plenty of knowledge and experience to allow for him to grow this new carer interest into something further and pave a career for himself similar to JJ Redick, who now serves as one of the top young head coaches in the NBA today.
