Wizards' Kyle Kuzma leads all NBA players in 27-point games
In the Wizards' last game against the Warriors, Kyle Kuzma secured his seventh 27-point performance. With 15 first half points on 7-of-10 shooting, Kuzma got it going early, providing the Wizards with a boost that kept them within striking distance against the Warriors' potent offense.
While the season has not been all that successful in the District, it is great to see our star players still leading the league through the recent struggles. Getting the nod in this statistic, it is worth mentioning that in all seven games, the Wizards did not walk away with the win.
Headed into the West Coast road series, we will look to see if Kyle Kuzma can replicate the success he saw in the January 31st performance against the Clippers. With last night's stunning loss to the Lakers, the Clippers have shown their lack of tight defense can allow opposing teams star players to go on big runs.
