For the first time in a long time, the Washington Wizards have so many options heading into a season.

Washington's revamped depth chart has set Brian Keefe up for success, and it's not only due to the additions of Trae Young and Anthony Davis.

The Wizards have the opportunity to be one of the most dangerous offenses in the league next season, and that was the expectation before the team earned the No. 1 overall pick to secure AJ Dybantsa as the team's future face of the franchise.

Since landing Dybantsa, though, the BYU product has already proven to be as advertised, showcasing his versatile offensive skillset, flashing his ability to not only score at will but also run an offense and play the role of a facilitator.

After landing Young, the expectation was that the Wizards would run their offense through the proven playmaker, but after landing Dybantsa, rumors have surfaced about the team's plans to put the ball in Dybantsa's hands and allow both Young and AD to play off the ball.

With Young confirming his focus on improving his off-the-ball game this summer, it seems confirmed that Dybantsa will be the focal point of the Wizards' offense as a rookie.

Wizards plan to run everything through AJ Dybantsa

In a recent discussion with ESPN's Ohm Youngmisuk, Young made it clear that he's putting in the work this offseason to silence the people suggesting he's just a ball-dominant person.

"People think I'm just a ball-dominant person," Young said. "It's hilarious to me. The best version may not be the most points, most assists. It could be. But at the same time, I'm working on so many things right now that I just can't wait to play.

Young continued making it clear how much attention his newest teammate, AJ Dybantsa, is going to draw from day one.

"I got guys who can create double-teams, who can drive. And even AJ's going to be creating double-teams. You just never know."

It's clear that the point guard is excited about finally playing with a talent who allows him to prove he can make just as big an impact off the ball as he does with the ball in his hands.

Washington will have so many threats that opposing teams have no choice but to pay attention to that there really should be no ceiling on how far the team can go next season.

One thing for certain, though, is that the Wizards have big plans for Dybantsa's rookie season, and with Young working hard to perfect his game and ability to impact away from the ball, the incoming forward is expected to have the offense run through him.
