Otto Porter, Jr.

Otto Porter—the way you lit up Golden State the beginning of this season. At that juncture I thought, he’s going to help take the Wizards to the promised land (ECF). You were the best player on the court.

But as you know the “best laid plans of mice and men”…. Unfortunately, injuries are a part of the game. There were a lot of games where you played through pain.

During those times, you never asked to come off the court. You played through it all. That was very admirable of you, but health first.

You will come back better and stronger next season. The saying, there’s always next year applies to you.

I couldn’t wait for you to light up Boston. However, I’ve now added a few teams to that list. I saw enough to know that you can do so at will.
